FREQUENTLY ASKED
QUESTIONS
-
I work exclusively with adults ages 18 and older. Many of my clients are young adults (ages 25-35) who are struggling to find their way in life, experiencing depression or anxiety, feeling burnt out, having trouble connecting with others, or feeling like an imposter in their own life. If you’re going through something else, I still may be able to help, so feel free to reach out.
-
I offer both online appointments and in-person sessions at the Riverside Wellbeing Centre in Whaley Bridge.
-
Both provide the same quality of care. Online therapy offers more flexibility, while some people prefer the in-person experience. It’s up to you.

Sessions are 50 minutes long.

No, I'm an out-of-network provider. Depending on your insurance coverage, you may be able to use your out-of-network benefits for partial reimbursement.
-
Yes, I offer a free 15-minute consultation to discuss your needs and see if we're a good fit.
-
The first session is about getting to know each other. You can share what brings you to therapy, ask any questions, and we'll discuss how we might work together.
-
Yes, everything discussed in therapy is confidential. There are some standard exceptions for safety that we’ll review in-depth when we first meet.
-
This varies for each person. We can discuss your needs and regularly review our progress together.
-
Again, this varies for each person. Many people, especially at the beginning, attend sessions once per week and then move to once a fortnight. Ultimately, how often we meet is up to you, and it can change throughout our work together.
