I’ve been there. I get how overwhelming it can be to feel this way–and I know how transformative therapy can be. By combining methods rooted in research with a warm, engaging therapy approach, we can help you gain insight, make changes, and ultimately
feel better.
MY BACKGROUND
My mission is to help you uncover your core values and signature strengths, deepen your self-awareness, and navigate challenges with confidence and clarity—so you can create a life that truly reflects who you are and what you want.
This work was born out of my own path, which hasn’t been linear. I’ve always been interested in psychology, from A-level through to multiple postgraduate qualifications, as well as my personal experience as a therapy-seeker.
But despite this background, I found myself pursuing “sensible” career options in business instead of what I was really passionate about. My life looked good on paper, but something just didn’t feel right.
Through my own struggles, I discovered the power of therapy and mindfulness. This helped me understand that the issue wasn’t my life circumstances, but how I was relating to them. This realization rekindled my passion for psychology and helping others, and my private practice was born.
Now, I’d love
to help you find your way.
My approach is rooted in person-centred therapy. A core tenet of this framework is that each person has the innate capacity for growth and insight when provided with the right conditions. That’s why I’m focussed on creating a genuine, empathetic therapy space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and values without judgment.
I also blend empirically validated techniques like mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy, and positive psychology in a refreshingly real, down-to-earth way. My goal is to help you reap the benefits of psychology theory and evidence-based practices by sharing practical wisdom that you can actually use.
Through these methods, you’ll learn how to be more present in your day-to-day life, understand the connection between your thoughts, feelings, and actions, and discover how you can build a more meaningful, fulfilling life.
